This is subcutaneous white adipose tissue from the inguinal depot of a 8 week old female Trpv1-mT/mG animal bred from B6.129-Trpv1tm1(cre)Bbm/J (Jackson Strain #017769) and B6.129(Cg)-Gt(ROSA)26Sortm4(ACTB-tdTomato,-EGFP)Luo/J (Jackson Strain #007676) and imaged whole mount on a Zeiss Confocal Microscope at 10X.
